Villa Aleva (built in 2000) is a beautiful villa situated in the outskirts of the village Vlyhada in a distance of just 2 km from the fish village of Bali where all the amenities can be found as long as beautiful bays and sandy beaches. The town of Rethymno is 32 km. and the distance of the villa from Heraklion International airport is just 55 km. Villa Aleva is suitable for 12 persons. It is furnished and built in traditional style. In the interior there is an open plan seating area with a fireplace and Sat-TV ,a dining table with chairs ,an open plan , well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms,airconditioned , one with direct access to the terrace and each with double bed, bathroom with bath/WC and washing machine. The 4 further bedrooms on the upper floor , all with a/c, can be reached from the lower floor as well as from a terrace at the front area of the villa. Two bedrooms are each fitted with a double bed and have a balcony and the two other bedrooms each have 2 single beds , one of them with balcony. On this floor is also an additional bathroom with bath/WC.A car is considered to be essential for exploring the area and the whole island.
