The villa has its own 32 m2 swimming pool with Jacuzzi jets, set in private garden where also is a built in stone BBQ and a play area for children. It is divided in 2 floors.Entering the main entrance and after a hallway ,on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with twin beds and one with a double and single bed, all with air conditioning and all with en suite facilities with shower/WC. An internal iron staircase leads to the ground floor where is the living room area which opens onto a beautiful sun terrace offering superb views across the surrounding countryside to the sea. Furthermore is a fully equipped kitchenette, another bedroom with 2 single beds and a shower/wc. In the equipment of the villa also belong, a washing machine and a dishwasher, a Satellite TV, Stereo, and DVD. The villa is situated about 1,8 km outside of the old traditional village of Episkopi, 7 km east of the beachside village of Georgioupolis, and 14 km west of Rethymnon town. There are a few taverns and shops in Episkopi, with a larger choice in both Georgioupolis and Rethymnon. The lake of Kournas, (in Crete the only lake), and the pretty village of Argyroupoli with its impressive springs are also in a close distance.
