The villa includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one of them with a washing-machine), a living-area with an open fireplace, and a garden with swimming pool and barbecue facility. The kitchen includes an electric hob with 4 hot-plates, an oven, a microwave oven, an integrated refrigerator and freezer, and a dishwasher. The living-room and all bedrooms are air conditioned. A satellite TV set is also available. In front of the living-room there is a roofed terrace with table and chairs. The gardens are framed by natural stone walls with many sunk-in lamps.

There are lawns, flowers, young fruit trees and ornamental plants. On the west side there is the sun terrace and the private 40 square meters swimming pool. Sunshades and deck chairs are available. In a corner of the garden there is a brickwork barbecue facility. The private parking is on the east side. The living-area is on the ground floor. It includes two comfortable sofas, an air conditioning unit, an open fireplace with a fireproof glass door, a stereo rack, and a satellite TV set with a large screen. The kitchen with the dining-corner attaches cornerwise to the living-area. In front of the kitchen there is a small balcony.

On the ground floor there is also a bedroom which has a double bed, a separate air conditioning unit and a balcony. The downstairs bathroom has a shower and WC. The master bedroom with a double bed is on the top floor. It includes a separate bathroom with a shower and WC, a separate air conditioning unit, and a veranda which is roofed by a pergola. The third and the fourth bedroom also have double beds which however can be split on demand. They have separate air conditioning units as well. The top floor furthermore includes another large veranda which is partly roofed by a pergola, and a bathroom with a bath-tub and WC. There is also a washing-machine. Hair dryers are available in each bathroom. Furthermore there is a safe deposit box, and a First Aid kit. Iron and board are available as well. A baby cot and a high chair will be provided on request.

All windows have roll-on shutters, the bigger ones with electric drive. The air conditioning units can be switched to heating mode in wintertime, and during chilly springtime or autumn nights. Room cleaning as well as change of sheets and towels once or twice per week (depending on the duration of stay). The kitchen is equipped with the essential pots and pans, plates and dishes, cutlery and glassware. It has an electric hob with 4 flames, an oven, a microwave oven, an extractor fan, a large double sink with a single-lever mixer tap, a dishwasher, and an integrated refrigerator and freezer. There is also a coffee maker, an electric kettle, an electric juice squeezer and a toaster.
