Villa 3(Asteri) ("Asteri" is the Greek word for "Star") stands by the upper edge of the hillside. The parking is by the villa's rear front, and the sun terrace and the swimming pool are on the north side on the hillside property's bottommost terrace. The villa's main entrance to the living-area is on the middle level. A beautifull classically furnished lounge and dining area with beautiful views to the sea and an open-plan kitchen at the rear side. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. Each living-area has a satellite colour TV set with a flat screen, DVD and CD players, 2 air conditioning units and an open fireplace. Two large glass doors connect the living-area to the spacious balcony. On this level is the first of the bedrooms a twin bedroom, and a bathroom and a washing machine. An inner staircase leads from the living-area to the top floor. There are 2 more bedrooms, both with a double bed. These two bedrooms have access to the upper balcony and a family bathroom. For more than 6 people, the ground floor will be used as well. It can be accessed via an outer staircase and makes a complete dwelling-unit of its own. The ground floor has its own living-area with 2 air conditioning units, and a living/dining room with an attached open-plan kitchen. The ground floor also includes a third bathroom with a bath-tub and two more bedrooms, one of them with a king size double bed and the other one with bunk beds, which will be put into service depending on the total number of guests. All bedrooms have large built-in closets and separate air conditioning units which can be switched to heating-mode during chilly nights or in wintertime .The bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers. Iron and ironing boards are available as well. Large glass doors open towards the sun terrace on the north side which frames the swimming pool.
