Citrus villa was built in 2009 and lies at the entrance of the picturesque village “Asteri”. It is a modern maisonette of three bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 6 persons. Upon entering the villa, we find an open area which includes the dining room, the living room and the fireplace. Next to the dining room there is the kitchen which is designed in such a way that it can offer all the modern comforts to the visitor. Ceramic cooking eye, oven, dish washer, microwave oven, etc. In addition on the same level we find one bedroom with two single beds, in-built comfortable bathroom, including bath tub with Jacuzzi, and a piece of furniture with two wash basins. Next to this bath there is a small WC as well as a washing machine. An iron staircase with wooden steps leads us to the upper floor where we find two bedrooms –one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Each of them has an in-built bath with shower and cabin. In the one of the bathroom there is a hydro massage column and in the other, a simple smart column. Both bedrooms lead to a large outdoor veranda 32 sq. meters, which offers the visitor the opportunity to admire the unlimited view over the north green side of the village and the sea. On the veranda there are two couches, one table, six chairs and a deck chair. The outer space of the villa is suitably designed to offer the residents of the house complete isolation and peace for carefree holidays. The swimming pool is on the western side of the house and it is located in such a way that it receives the sun rays throughout the day. The area of the swimming pool covers 35 sq. m (7x5), whose most shallow point is 0.95 m and the deepest 1.45 m. On the north side of the swimming pool there is a hydro massage system, while on the eastern side there is a fountain. Next to the swimming pool is the barbeque area which includes the grill and the traditional wood oven. Around the villas we can find a lot of trees, like cypress trees and orange trees but as well as some bushes which give a special picture of peace and relaxation to the visitor.
